Meet Dr. Sarah Kiger

As a second generation chiropractor, I’ve witnessed first hand the benefits of chiropractic care my entire life.

Chiropractor Appleton, Dr. Sarah Kiger

“My strong passion for natural healing stems from my father who has practiced chiropractic for the past 40 years. Growing up, I watched him help countless patients heal from within. I knew from a very young age what my calling was…to follow in his footsteps and help as many people as I could, achieve a pain free natural lifestyle without drugs or surgery.”

My Education

In Ohio, at Bowling Green State University, I began pre-med undergraduate studies. In October of 2004, I graduated with both a Bachelor of Science in General Sciences and my Doctorate of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. Right out of college, I was lucky enough to train under my father and learn first hand his skills and techniques. I also have advanced training in nutrition and have completed the post graduate nutritional certification with the State of Wisconsin.

My Philosophy

The preservation of health is easier than the cure of disease. – BJ Palmer

My philosophy has always been prevention. Prevention really is the best medicine when it comes to health! When treating a patient, I try and look at all aspects of their life that contributes to their health and wellness. I enjoy treating patients of all ages from infants to their grandparents. My special interests include family care, nutrition, food sensitivity testing, and weight loss management. I strive to address patient concerns with compassion and understanding. My main goal is to get patients better quicker and provide support to live their best life.
