You’ll be greeted by name when you enter our office and given a short tour to get you acquainted with our facilities.

If you’ve already completed your admitting paperwork, great! If not, this takes about 10 minutes. We offer our forms online to you can download them, fill them out prior to your first visit.

We Explain Everything First

A health history and physical examination will be performed, as well as x-rays if needed. The doctor will then determine a course of treatment for your individual condition.
